Having problems with our online services?

We want to make sure we do not exclude anyone from using our service with the online triage model, if you do not have access a computer or smartphone. Please feel free to use our practice ipad. If you do not have a mobile phone feel free to use your practice mobile, we want to ensure none of our patients are victims of digital poverty.

Unsure on how to use online triage?

We know that using online services can be confusing for some people. Our admin team are always available to assist. Please call us and we will be able to guide through the process.

If you or relative suffers from dementia, learning disabilities,dyslexia, visual impairment or any other conditions that makes using online tools impossible. Telephone appointments are available for you. 

If you are hard of hearing, your first point of contact will be a face to face appointment.
We are now reviewing everyone with long term conditions, face to face will be booked in with the health care assistance.
